Is a TH10 with full skulls rushed?

A TH9 with full purple is apparently rushed, would a TH10 with full skulls but very few legos/lavas be rushed?

I've never really cared for maxing out walls before moving up a TH level. Once all my builders become unemployed or soon to be unemployed, I started upgrading the TH. However, I play a lot and therefore has thrown tons of extra gold into walls. By the time all my upgrades are done, I had full skull walls (L8) before going TH9 and full L9 walls before going TH10.

It does get a bit tougher to gain resources at higher TH, that's why so many people decides to stay behind to finish walls. But if you are an avid player/farmer, it shouldn't be a problem if all your buildings are maxed when upgrading TH.

It's not just low wall levels to be consider a rushed TH. Hero levels, defense levels, and troop upgrades also counts.

Generalizing a TH10 as rushed base based on walls alone has too many other factors, and depends on the actual base itself. There are many variations and degrees of rushing (some far worse than others obviously).

A max defensive TH10 with skull walls I would personally not classify as rushed, though it is far from ideal. Like the above poster said it also depends on troop lvls (max offense), heroes, etc. not just walls alone.

However, I would consider it average at best. Th10 with lvl 8 walls is quite pathetic in my personal opinion. Max troops/heroes will slice through those like butter and you will likely be 3 starred much more frequently as opposed to lavas/electric or even lego.

Technically speaking, yes. But in reality, that's good enough for most people and while skulls are not intimidating, people are not going to look at you as an easy prey. So, in a sense, you are on par.

That sounds good in theory, but after looking at so many attacks in game and on youtube, I really don't believe your last statement. 3 stars on a max def TH10 with lvl 8 walls and good heroes will still be pretty rare, if a good base design is used. Maybe thing are different at top 100 clans, but for pretty much everyone else, lvl 8 walls will be enough, in my opinion.

That said, lvl 9 walls will come automatically with all the excess elixir that you have at TH9. I used a slightly expensive army of Gibarch and I still finished my lvl 9 walls at TH9 with the excess elixir and some gold. Lvl 10 walls though - doing them is a serious undetaking.
