I am a just beginning TH8 ATM, so I can't push because I need the loot. Also, I did push to Crystal a a TH7, didn't make it any better. Also, did you even read all the OP? Because I have made a professional one with clan logo and all but it still doesn't work.

You might wanna try having a war day in the desc and try to know peoples timezones, sometimes, war can start when they sleep or they got something.

It may start when they are sleeping, but it goes for 24 hours. So some point during their day it would be on.

Yup start a new clan. The amount of losses versus wins in your war log is enough to discourage people from joining your clan and staying. Most players want to join a clan with higher chances of winning wars.

Also sometimes when u attack people or when u defend agaisnt people they view ur clan and decide to join it, that happened with one of my clans most valued co leaders.

Just made a new clan. Learned from my mistakes in old clan. Not going to let that happen in my new clan!

New clan also has a war better name, and the only clan with this name: ​Savage Smashers

One more thing - You probably figured this out but ifyou war with small groups (less than 20) every base and every attack is important. If you have even one person who misses both atacks you can lose.

Recommendation - don't war until you are confident you have folks that will attack snd get 3 stars. If they don't have the troops to 3 star, don't let them war. And get to 25+ wars asap.
