Thought I had my game linked to my google account but I guess not. All my purchases were made to my Verizon wireless account so i cant show them the google plus screenshot that they've requested of my gem purchases. Im getting really fed up at this point because I have spent good money on the game and im not even getting a single reply. This company makes billions of dollars. The fact that they treat their customers like this is an absolute joke.
If you can't provide the requirements needed in order to prove your account's ownership, then I'm sorry, but Supercell has to be wary. If some dude comes along and says my account is his and ♥♥♥♥s my Google account too, and manages to convince the customer service of the false ownership, it's fked up mate.
I understand that but I have provided them with enough information to prove that its me other than the screenshot. But the worst part is....you don't know if they've accepted it as enough information or what else you can do, because it takes them months to even respond, its absolutely ridiculous.
Whatever, this is clearly a big waste of time. This company just wants you to spend money and thats it. 100% positively the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its no wonder that Syrian guy ♥♥♥♥ed them.
