What happen with loot?

I was farming 100k Gold/Elixer per raid
After i upgraded my th to lvl 7 now i see ppl with
90 Gold and 500 elixer
whats the problem?
Is this because my th is higher than them or what
i cant farm 10k gold now

TH higher.

I'm a TH8 and basically all my loot comes from max level TH7s or mid/late-stage TH8s. Use an effective army, e.g.: barch, giants
