Transfer from iOS to Android

Situation
I have been playing COC a while on my iPhone and purchased a lot of gem packs. However, I sold my iPhone a few months ago and I wasn't aware of my COC account. My iPhone COC account got linked to my Facebook account.


At this moment, I created a new COC account on my Android device. I also purchased different packs on this account. The problem is: my progress on the iPhone device was way better than my current account.


I'd like to know, how:


- I can restore and transfer my OLD iPhone account to my Android device, as I do not have the 12 digit numbers. I can provide you every necessary detail if needed.
- I'd like to receive a refund if possible for the paid in-apps on this current account, if my old account can be restored.

1) I think this belongs to problems & bugs sub-forum

2) The FaceBook link doesn't enable you to load your village on another device, it's just to have fun with your friends.

3) If your village was linked to your gamecenter account, you can load your village on an iDevice of a family member or a friend you can trust and from there your can do the following in clash:
- tap settings
- link a device
- the first option
- the second option
and you will get a code which you can enter in your android by doing the following in clash:
- settings
- link a device
- the second option
and enter the code from your OLD village.

Please note that this code-linking process can only be done for one time.
Also, this code can sometimes overwrite the village in which you are entering the code so, make sure that your second village is linked to a google+ account and delete clash and re-install it or clear data for clash and make a new village, link it a new google+ account and after this you can enter the code and have two safe villages.

4) If you don't have any iDevices you can load your old village on,
contact the support and give them information about your lost village.
To know what information you need to send, search in the help and support for Lost Village and you will find useful things.

Only one thing to add, there is no chance of getting a refund on gems. You may as well link your second account to a different Google+ account and keep it. But follow the above to restore your old account, contact support from in-game.

You will need to use the link device feature to link the device from your phone onto your android device. Before you do this you will need to uninstall then reinstall clash on your android to start a new account and then complete the tutorial. Find an apple device and log in with your gc. Then open your clash and go to settings and link a device. Then do the same on your android device. Press this will be the new device on the android and this will be the old device on the apple device. Then type the code in on your android device from the apple device. Press okay and enjoy your account.


Sorry but I highly doubt you will get a refund for the gems you spent.
