actually it should have been a revenge... I don't think a Crystal can find a champ in the clouds.

u can ride people from crystal 1
but u got raided by people from Master 2 , 1 & Champ 3 , 2 ,1 ( got rided by a TH8 from champ3)

It is because you are a th8. The amount of th8s above c2+ is very low so anytime a th8 goes looking for a base that high up yours will probably be one of the first one to pop up since there is so few of your th level up there and without shield. Also since you are in Champs and the MM was left the same there anybody can also find you when you log out from the max th10 and on down. The lower th's will find it a lot harder now to push to the top unlike in the past.

i'm getting raided by TH10 & TH9 & sometimes TH8
look , the only thing i can't understand , why i'm getting TH9 from crystal 1 ? there's many TH9 in master3 & master 2 & master 1 & even in Champ 3 !
so why i'm getting TH9 from crystal 1 !!

No I haven't been revenged at all. I probably get hit too fast for anyone to try to revenge me. I just get hit by random low trophy count opponents. I find it a little unfair

Move up in trophies, boost barracks and barch for 50% or town hall snipe, the higher you get the less likely you will be found by these guys, ideally you should get to champs 2 at a minimum but preferably Titans 3 or higher, then you will not be hit by crystal people.

I had the same experience as you did during my push. So many th9s taking my trophies. Somethings definitely not right with the match making formula

I could try to do that but I just don't see that happening anytime soon. Especially since I can't find anything but 1 or 2 trophy offers. Then I get raided for 30+ cups per defense

Upgrade your town hall then it will start matching you with TH9's and stuff and trophy offers will rise.
