someone else is on my village

I been looking for somewhere to ask for help, but every where i look is read only, so ill post it here.

Someone has access to my account. It will say another device is connected over and over and joins new clans etc. I ave an iPad and a Samsung phone. I changed my passwords for both accounts but it does not log out. From what i read this is something everyone knows, so i guess what my question is, is there anyway to force all devices off and require another "1 time log in" whoever has access to my account does not know my credentials and would not be able to log back on. Thanks guys.

Changing the password should be enough, this happen to me and my uncle I have his acct on my device and when he change his email password can't access his acct anymore.

Definitely change your password because if you do they can't get in without it

Not sure about android but on ios when someone loads an account on their device they can always have access to it even if you change the password. The only way to solve it permanently is to contact Supercell -through the cogwheel in clash setting menu and report it. Supercell will then freeze the account and ask you to provide proof it is your account (details of gem purchases usually). When you have provided proof they will give you an unlock code and then the village will be yours again.

i changed the password, but it doesn't force them out. If they would slip up and log out of game center ill be good. Just changing it will not work i tested it because it didn't kick me off another device i have. Also another thing that really ticks me off is the guy changed my name with the 1 time name change!

hey thanks for this. Im sure i can get on google play and probably get the very first gem purchase ever made. Its been like 2 years ago but i feel certain google stores that info. ill try this now, if i can stay in game long enough with out getting kicked

It is the only way to permanently get your village back but be warned I've heard that Supercell can be slow with the whole process so you might get shut out for a few days.

You need to contact support immediately. They'll ban your account and give you a ticket number. When the ban is up, submit a ticket to SC with said number and they'll take care of it.

Changing your password will not work once someone has gained access.
Please contact support through the game settings and be careful in the future who you give your password to or logging in on other peoples devices.
