Doesn't feel unique enough for Clash. Most of this idea comes from all the troops from Boom Beach, this is not Boom Beach. The range is crazy, definitely a crazy Cc troop as well... Most defenses don't have a 10 tile range, so no, bad idea. Doesn't seem like a troop that would be in Clash.

Ok everyone, I've slightly changed the Mortiers stats, he now has a 9 tile range, (still in range of every defences but the wizard tower) his DPS has now been increased (by 1 Health Point just to up his punch a teny tiny bit) and his HP by 10. (just to make sure he just doesnt die as soon as he's deployed)
