Last time I checked, 150 people work at SC. A much smaller number works as customer support. That's an extremely small amount of people to deal with the millions of players who have problems. 2 weeks is really fast for that amount of people.
Sure, Apple might get back to you in less than 2 days, and so would google. But then again, they have thousands of employees and more than enough for customer support.
You are not supposed to worship them but if you think they did a great job creating and developing this game, you should respect them. It doesn't mean you can't complain. You definitely can and should. Hell, I do complain all the time about things that are not working properly in this game. The thing is many people do not complain like a sensible person do. They insult, accuse and threat without any sense of reality in their head. These people do not respect other people's work and only want what they want. I do not pay much attention to this kind of complain anymore because there are so many it gets annoying. Instead, I focus on what I think the real problem is and support those who make sensible critique and could potentially change things for the better. I do complain myself from time to time but trying to stick to what other people already started. If it's the same issue, I'd rather join the discussion instead of creating tens and hundreds more of the same.
And don't get me wrong, I do agree with you. Communication between customers and SC is seriously lacking. I said what I said because I just want to point out that "SUPERCELL DOES NOT GET ANOTHER PENNY" is not a good way to complain. That's all. Have a nice day.![]()

I just wish that SC would at least give us some thoughts on what they are doing, at least acknowledge the fact that we want the AI fixed. focus on the players are the players will reward you with gem purchases, when players enjoy a game, that's when the money comes.
Ahahaha, this comment, its the reverse, without customers there would be no SC. Personally I have no issues with the game, but if a paying customer has an issue then he/she has the right to speak up.
Because as an indie developer they cannot possible afford to acquire more employees to handle issues right? I don't think the Ai is so off that it ruins the game. This isn't the first time they tweaked and we had to adjust. Most complaints are the AI is dumb and not doing what its suppose too. None of the troops are doing what they are supposed to from when they were implemented.
Adjust the play and use the new trrops within the parameters and enjoy this wonderful game.
Reading people saying "You really think you 50 lads not paying SC would affect them?" terribly reminds me of the election days when some say "You really think your vote will matter in the victory of some party?"..
