CvC chat & Quick training ideas!

Hello All,
I have two ideas that I couldn't seem to find on the forums after reading the stickies posted above. They are...

1. The ability to chat with the opposing clan you are battling against. My idea would be having a new chat tab appear only when in a clan war battle.

2. The ability to retrain all troops lost during combat with one simple click. Think Boom Beach! The ability is so useful it's surprising it's not already implemented into the game.

Well that's my 2 cents.
