* You plan to max your current town hall before going to the next
* You are th4 or higher
* You are a mature player (no young children please)
* You are active and will donate when others ask. (Doesn't have to be amazing troops, default troops are archers an giants)

All promotions will be EARNED through trust/war performance/personality/ and donations.
