Hello. he idea you suggest is written in the sticky threads as a possible future addition, therefore there is no real reason to discuss about it any further since SuperCell already considered it as an option for a future update.
Please read the sticky threads if you are going to reply to certain topics. The line you quoted is not part of the Ruled Out section, that means the boost option of builders is not ruled out by SuperCell, but they might consider it an option in future, with no promises made towards it.Originally Posted by Enderdude
