Hello. If you want to see the mines or collectors full, then just leave them to store until they are full. However, removing the icons to collect doesn't seem like a good idea because nobody waits for the mines or collectors to get full until they collect them. If your idea would take place, then people would have to go to each mine and each collector separately and click Collect, instead of just tapping the button above them.

me and most of players like collecting them directly so lets give the choice
Honestly I hadn't given much thought to get to what you said but now that I see from your point of view I agree...I will be thinking of more requests though.
Here's how to click on a resource collector with the bubble without collecting:
1. Tap on any building.
2. Move it where you can't place it.
3. Click on mine/collector/ drill and you won't collect.

I do not understand why you would not want to collect resources.
