for everyone thinking we are talking about those rushing due to impatience, check this: clan #RGPQGRO, player is "sleep dragon" (#L89Q02V8). This guy had a th7 ranked ahead of him in war. He golavalooned our #6 and #8, both th9's with max defenses, for 3 stars on each. His collective assets, as far as war match was concerned, ranked him below th7's.

Currently looks like he is getting ready to golavaloon someone else in another war! Lol
I just checked him out...and you're right. It looks like he's about to golavaloon someone. Lol. He's another example of similar bases I've seen. Some cases are more extreme than others. I was only able to mention the one base in my original post because the war log details didn't go back far enough for me to document all cases easily. But trust me...im watching it more closely now. Bottom line is that this is becoming a regular occurrence I think...we've been seeing it happen in about one in every four to five wars, whereas it used to be only once in a great while.

Same thing just happened to a friend of mine...his clan was up against the GTR clan. Rushed TH's messed up the match.

If Supercell does not want to put restrictions on when people can upgrade TH's, then they really need to change how offenses are weighed. More XP should be given for troop upgrades, and XP should also be given for walls. Ultimately, I still think rushed bases are the problem, but possibly changing the way XP is given may help the situation a bit.
Increasing the weight of offense to the point that it would offset those "defenseless" players you're talking about might punish players that max their lab before moving up, while opening the way for yet another method of gaming the system: only upgrading troops and spells for one army composition while leaving all others at level 1.

This may be a possibility, but not if the defenses and offenses are balanced correctly. By that I mean, receiving XP for donations should simply go away. Players should get more XP for offensive troop strength, and receive XP for wall upgrades.

Doing this may balance out the match a little better, however I still feel that extremely rushed TH's are the biggest part of the problem.

It seems to me that if you want to force rushed players to be ranked higher because of their town hall level, the simple solution would be to weight the town hall building itself in war matchmaking rather than a complete overhaul of the matchmaking system itself. Since experience level has nothing to do with matchmaking but upgrade levels have everything to do with it - not to mention the fact that you'd have to deal with the millions of people's levels are already based on how many donations they have. What would you do, reduce every single person's current level in the game after removing donation experience?

Im not sure what the right way to go about it would be...it would definitely have to be a gradual thing. Maybe you're right...weighing the TH level heavier might be the easiest solution to the problem.

    Doubt it

Supercell makes money off of those who rush their town halls.
A majority of those who rush usually are little kids who use their parents debt cards for gems, or others who
are simply impatient and just use money as a substitute for hard work.

Great idea, but alas, the world is ran on money.

Rushed town halls are easy to 3 star. I still don't see your problem.

It is a strategy game so its up to the player if he/she wants to rush th. Rushing th has up and down sides. Rush th has better attack less def. Max bases have this both. So it is an option for the player. And some point, feeder clan used rush th to beat top opponents for pushing clan perks but that was there strategy which my overcome by a good clan and a better strategy. Which means this is not a big deal its a part of strategy game. Peace out

    Types of Rushed bases;

    1) The Kids - TH10 with defenses 2 levels down and offense (troops) 2 levels down
    2) The Troll - Th10 with defenses at the minimum level and troops at level 1
    3) The Attack/Donator - TH10 with def few levels below the th but Offense is at max
    4) The Defender - TH10 with almost max to max defense but offense is below the th level

for 1 and 2 OPT/KICK them - for 3 OPT them and let them donate for war offense - for 4 youll be the judge

in my own experience if you have 1-2 rushed base (atleast not on the top brass) it will still be ok since your max level clannies may attack what he cant and most of the time the match still balance the other team by say your th8 is matched with a th7 etc.
