my gem is exactly 1450 but after i removed the mushroom on my village my gem goes to 550 !!!!!! i saw it so dont tell me someone stole it or its my mistake! pls do review activity log !!! its a very serious problem ! please be concern to every player problems! im begging please help me ign : HeavenkaheL' th9 please supercell do help me T_T
Are you you didn't accidently skip something before removing it? You could have had no free builders and skipped something to remove the mushroom.
Please note that gems and resources can never just disappear, they are always used to perform actions within the game. This could have been done by you or someone else.
Your gems may have been used for the following:
- purchasing shields
- purchasing a builders hut
- buying elixir, gold or dark elixir to fill up your storages
- buying missing resources for upgrades
- speeding up upgrades
- speeding up troop training
- boosting barracks
- boosting collectors
- speeding up spell production
- purchasing the pirate flag or the mighty statue
We cannot refund gems that have been used accidentally. If you think that you've lost your gems in connection with a lost upgrade please find further information here.

ok, if you really think it's not your fault in any way that your gems disappeared, you should contact supercell support in-game immediately.

i dont used any gems to finish some of my builders promise. the one i used is done by time.lots of gem disappeared instantly?? seriously its a bug :'( after i remove mshroom, +6 gems appeared to my screen but i saw to the upper right side my gems does not added 6 gems but instead my gems got minus without doing nothing. im very disappointed . what should i do now?? do your best pls to help me im telling the truth :'(

Yes. Open clash and go to settings. On the bottom of the screen you will see help and support. Once you click help and support, in the upper right hand corner you will see Contact us. Let them know what has happened exactly and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
