so SC can't add new flags??? ok! so force players to just buy 1 flag and don't let them make a village turn to a universal village!
and then SC can add new flags and no more graphic problems!

Well, buying multiple flags in your base does not increase the server load, but if you add more flags it will take more amount of memory in the server
