This spell slows down enemy's defence when attacking the base. It will slow the shooting of an archer tower or a cannon. And Clan Castle troops. It can be in the new dark spell factory. It will cost 2.5k dark elixer. Also it will last for 10-15 secs. Comment and rate down below if you like!

Yeah the freeze spells exists and stopping works better than slowing
