It's probably best to let Supercell decide whether there should be water-like troops. To make this thread better, I recommend having more troop ideas with much more detail. I also recommend having a better description for the barracks that you listed above. With something this new, it could definitely change the game and possibly introduce something that could be too game-changing for Clash of Clans.
