    Earthquack Spell < Jump Spell

To destroy any wall it s necessary 4 Earthquake Spells (max LVL) ... I mean, it s totally unusual when compared to The Jump Spell, so that s my idea:
Increase The damage of this dark Spell into walls (making 2 spells - max LVL - The necessary to destroy any walls)
Or decrease time to make these Spell from 15 to 5 minutes, making worthwhile to use it

The purpose of the earthquake spell is to decrease a percentage of a structure's HP, not inflict a total amount of damage on it. If you ask me, I'd say that it is already pretty powerful.

I believe the point of the EQ spell is to weaken, rather than destroy. This is because the EQ spell does damage off of remaining hit points, not total hit points.

An example of using it is if you use 1 EQ spell on the very center, to weaken the townhall, xbows, infernos, and walls, all at the center of the base so once the troops reach it, it'll make their job a lot easier.
