send mail beetwen clan

my idea is a feature of send mail to another clan,
the purpose of this mail is we can talk to another clan with mail
ex : we can congrats another clan for defeat us in clan wars
or give some advantages to another clan to beat our clan

rule of this mail, we cant send to a clan that in "battle day" with us,
but can send in a preparation day, or after clan wars end.

not all member of a clan can send mail, but only limited position in clan
only leader or only leader and co-leader

my another idea is give limit for position co-leader in a clan
like at this time we know, position co-leader can be given to all player in a clan
may be position co-leader only given max 3-5 player in a clan

He is referring to the use of swear or curse words. i.e. saying, "haha to stupid mother *&^%. I f*(&^ed you up." Just s an example. Not that I would do that.

i think if that case happen, can be report and can get a consequence to them..

to prevent that case, i give a role for this mail idea
that mail only can send by limited person in a clan,
not all member of a clan can send this mail

may we be can add some feature for this idea, like block mail for some clan on a list,

but this is just an idea from me,
