New chance to spend jewels

I think you can play coc very good without spending jewels- and that's good. But some players complain about the long time to make troops- even without spells and only barch it needs at least 20 minutes ( omg ) at th7 and above. I know, of course it's not in Supercell' s interest to lower the training time but if this feature would be implemented: "for 500 jewels you can buy a small permanent barracks boost which will be increased by levelling up the barracks" , this will maybe make some people buy jewels, and those who aren't interested can play as they did before.

Barracks boost:

Barracks Lvl1: 2%
Lvl2: 3%
Lvl3: 4%
Lvl4: 5%
Lvl5:6% = dark barracks lvl1
Lvl6: 7% = db 2
Lvl7: 8% = db3
Lvl8: 10% = db4
Lvl9: 12% =db5
Lvl10: 14% = db6

This idea would totally ruin Clash of clans's earnings, so I am pretty sure they won't include a permanent boost option, for any amounts of gems.
