There is a reason the levels are limited on certain troops, such as the witch and Lava Hounds. Lava Hounds are very tanky troops as they are, increasing their HP will only make it a crazy troop. The Witch has only two levels because of the amount of Skeletons they Spawn... If we were to have 4-5 levels for the Witch, there would be some serious nerfing of the troop. Lvl 1 Witches spawn certain amounts of Skeletons, 2-3 at least. Lvl 2 is probably 3-4, I don't remember. If we have larger groups of Witches than we have a lot of Skeletons, causing a lot of shots for the defenses. My point is, if we had 4-5 levels for the Witch, each Witch would have to spawn less skeletons. Level 1 would probably spawn 1-2. Level 2, 2-3. Level 3, 4. Level 4, 5 and so on.
