    My account was ♥♥♥♥ed! Please help!

    I'm a honor customer of the game Clash of clans. But my game save was ♥♥♥♥ed yesterday, the ♥♥♥♥er saved it on his apple gamecenter id. I hope you could help. I'd like Supercell to delete my game save on other devices and save it on my owe's apple id. I can provide any evidences useful to prove this is my account.

    OP - I am very sorry that this has happened, unfortunately it happens too often.

    We find that 99% of these are not someone being h4c.ked - rather the user has given their GC username and password to someone for one reason or another in the past (sold a device, passed to a friend, tricked by the offer of free or cheap gems) and they have then used that to recover the account. The other 1% is where the attacker knows the GC username and has guessed the password.

    The problem here is with GC - you need to report the situation to Apple, IF your GC is also the same as your iTunes ID then you must must must remove all financial instruments associated with the account - credit cards, bank account connections and also change your iCloud passwords etc.

    You are welcome to contact Supercell support if you wish also if you can access the game, it is strongly suggested that you use the in-game feature "Send Feedback" to contact our support. If you do so, please do not edit the subject-line as it contains your player ID. If you cannot enter the game, please email our support directly and provide them with your Game Center name and/or Facebook profile link, in-game name and also which clan you belong to (if you belong to one). You can contact support at: clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net

    I have write to SC feedback, but they did not answer me for days. I also called the apple support, they don't think they have the game save, so, what should I do now? Thanks for your reply, I'm looking forward to hear from you again!
