clans & the Annoying "Please join me spam ♥♥"

Hello there im new to the forum but not to the game. I have a question about the chat box & the constant annoying spam of 100,000,000,000,000 of JOIN MY CLAN, Join mEEEE , PLEAASSEE I BEG YOU I DONATE Please etc etc etc.. I know we have a invite option but if we are to have a chat box i think it needs to be set a little more secure like the cursing that's enabled. no one & can have a decent convo without ppl spamming this question & spamming it in the box.. I know reporting it is useless maybe because its not vulgar language...

So can anything be done about this join me constant ♥♥♥♥? I mean i want to engage in talk but who wants to talk when all we have in the chat box is join me's?
