Co-leaders' coup against the leader :D

The idea is to provide an option for co-leaders of a clan to arrange a coup against their leader. The coup and the choosing of new leader can be done via voting of all co-leaders. Of course a particular percentage of the co-leaders must participate to make the coup successful and choose a new leader.

This option will refrain the leader from being a dictator in his clan and also increase responsibility of the co-leaders. Also this will be a lot of fun!!!

I don't think this will be a good idea because the leader created the clan and they worked hard for it. If u have a bad leader, leave the clan.

Best way to lead a coup is to leave and create your own clan. That way you can best tell who really follows you or not.

OR... Make it so Co-leaders can appoint a new leader if the leader has been inactive for a certain time, like say for a month or so.

A friend of mine has a lvl5 clan where he was the leader. Unfortunately, he didn't connect his account to Google+ and what's more unfortunate, he lost his phone. Long story short, there is no way to change the leader when the leader can no longer open the account . At least make it so Co-leaders can choose a replacement if the leader can no longer play and manage the clan.

Well, I don't have a bad leader.... in fact my leader is awesome and my clan is very friendly. In fact i thought of this idea in a fun way.. but you are taking it way too seriously. This would be a fun option in friendly clans, but a hazard for serious clans :P

May be the creator will have the ultimate power to decide... or the coup may be a temporary one

I once was in a clan where the leader was doing what the majority of the clan wanted and what happened was a co-leader sent a message saying if they don't like the leader join this new clan and about 3/4 of the clan did and there problem solved.

The leader is the leader of the clan, and that's it. They can choose to pass on the leader position to someone else if he/she wants, but I think that the leader shouldn't lose his leader position if he doesn't want.

In other words, the leader bought and made the clan, and he shouldn't have to give up his leader position. If you don't like the leader in your clan, there's nobody stopping you just leaving it and finding a new one.

get a new phone, jeeze how simple is that to sort out, it's saved to the server, you can get on the account from another device
