Maxing literally everything at th9

Maxing every single thing at TH9 is a whole different ballgame than TH8

i start maxing everything when i was at th 8

i know, i have 2 townhall 10's :P (still maxing walls)

I've been doing nothing but walls for about 3 months (Ignored them previously) and now I've gotten sort of used to it and content staying at town hall 9. Only thing I keep thinking about is if I have 5 idle builders will i regret my time lost on efficiency down the road? Maybe come the fall when I am not as busy I'll go to 10 and put them builders to work

IMO 111 legos is already pretty sweet. And staying just for walls? I mean to each his/her own. But at some point in time in the game, you will have nothing to do but walls (and whatever new sweet updates put forth). Having sleeping builders for so long when there will be plenty of very long upgrades to be done seems rather inefficient as you say. And if your lab is not buys?? Why not get up to 9.5?

I'm not sure about th 9 but all I do is move on when I finish upgrade 99% of the things in the lab and maxing out important defenses. Maxing out th takes a long time and gets boring. I saw a guy on global who told he was in th7 since a year or something to max it lol

No, even though I'm doing it...max walls and then upgrade...make sure your heroes are at least 20/20 tho.

Basically have everything maxed except heroes, 20/20 minimum tho.

Max everything. Take your time at th9. It's probably the most fun times you'll have in the game war-wise and farming-wise.

Even though I'm still a TH9, this makes sense. I'm grinding heroes and lavas now and have no plans to upgrade to TH10. I do have a goal to max everything but it's really secondary to becoming a multifaceted attacker in clan wars. There are so many troop combinations and intricacies of each that it takes a while to really get the hang of attacking with TH9 troops. I'm going to stay at TH9 until I'm really good at war and hopefully when I feel pretty accomplished, I'll have close to max heroes and walls.

There's so much more to the game at TH 10 that waiting months to max out walls and heroes is, in my opinion, not worth it. I maxed out everything else, and don't regret it... Now I'm sitting at TH 10 with everything maxed (defense wise) just working on my walls and heroes... I don't see the point on waiting for the walls, specially with some many aerial attacks available.

It always cracks me up when ppl talk about idle builders. How they can't stand to have them Zzzz. I have 3 of them that have been asleep for months. You don't have to pay the builders. They don't effect the bottom line lol.

Anyway for me I hope I never reach the End Game. It has been a joy to play and I will max everything before TH-ing up.

Well there ya go. Some people actually do want to reach the endgame, and as quickly as possible. It's just a different way of playing the game, and when that's your goal, idle builders are a big deal.

Heck, I could say it cracks me up that people care so much about maxing walls! They don't even affect the bottom line and I don't plan on ever maxing them.
