Eldership
Elders are promoted based on activity, donations to lower level, helpfulness, chat, professionalism and so on. If their activity level as an elder falls off, they can be demoted, but that is no way permanent. They can be promoted again, once they bring back the qualities that got them promoted in the first place.
Co-leadership
Co-leader is earned by trust,donations,activeness and friendly behavior
