Every building gives the same.
TH10 93 building => 1 building eqaul 1.075...%
1st building destroyed you will see 1% rounded down (real 1.075..%)
2nd building destroyed you will see 2% rounded down[edit: he meant "up"] (real 1.86..%)
...
6th building destroyed you will see 6% rounded down( real 6.451..%)
7th building destroyed you will see 8% rounded up (real 7.526..%)
and so on.
That is the only reason why some people believe the buildings would give not the equal value.
To get 50% you need to destroy 47 buildings since 46 would round down to 49%.
So it goes by total number of buildings... For example I have 55 Buildings so each building is worth 1.8181818181 percent, and as you can see, it seems to give different amounts for each building, when all it's really doing is rounding...
