    New troop: The worm (LONG POST)

    I have an idea for a new troop, please tell me any flaws or stuff that could be improved.

    Name: The Worm (Stupid name, I know, think of something else if you can)
    Cost: 500 DE
    What it does: Goes underground to get to the defenses
    DPS (Damage Per Second): About 75 (Don't need it to be too OP)
    Speed: 15
    Space: 25
    Training ​Time: 40 Minutes
    ​Favorite Target: Defenses
    Secondary Target: Anything except walls
    Health: 3500

    Its basically like a lava hound, except its for any defense

    Level 2
    Cost
    : 550 DE
    DPS: 85
    Speed: 20
    Space: 30
    Training Time: 45 Minutes
    Health: 4000

    Level 3

    Cost: 600 DE
    DPS: 90
    Speed: 25
    Space: 35
    Training Time: 50 Minutes
    Health: 4500

    Offensive strategies that could be used with this troop:

    Hollorm:
    A mix between the Worm, Balloons and Hog Riders. Send in the Hogs and Worms to take out the Air Defenses. Send in the balloons to take out the rest of the defenses with the Worm and the Hog. The ultimate defense destroying team.

    ​Pekorm: The Pekka and the Worm will be the ultimate fighting team. Together they can take out the strongest defenses. When it comes to the Tesla, the Worm can reduce the damage done to the Pekka when they both are attacking it.

    WiWirm: When the Wizards, Witches and worms come together in a battle, they are unstoppable. When Larry is running towards the walls, there is a rather large chance that a trap will go off. Because of this brave sacrifice, the wizards are no longer being blown up by bombs or thrown in to the air from the spring traps. The worm comes into play by distracting the defenses from the other troops. Therefore, the wizards and witch will not be shot at (until the worm dies) giving them chances to destroy the cannons or archers that are shooting at the Worm.

    Girm: A battle with the Giants and the Worm is a force to be reckoned with. With their mighty blows to the defenses, they can take them out in no time. Just be sure to bring a few Poison and Rage spells along with you!


    Q&A

    Q: Why is the training time so long?

    A: Because of the strong DPS and how the stronger troops in the game have longer training times, I wanted it to be similar to that. Stronger troops > Longer wait.

    Q: When would this troop be unlocked?

    A: At Level 7 of the Dark Barracks, and Town Hall 9 and 10.

    Q: You do realize that this troop is very similar to the Golem, right?

    A: Yes I do realize that it is similar, but it is very different. The training cost is different, the DPS is different, the speed is different, the training is different, the housing space is different and the hit points are different. This is just to clear up some of the replies this will get.

    THIS IDEA IS STILL IN THE VERY EARLY STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT. PLEASE GIVE IT TIME AND SOME SUGGESTIONS.

    Bad idea...

    So you think that something that could go UNDERGROUND wouldnt be too OP. It would essentially be invincible because it wouldnt take any damage until it popped up. Pair this with PEKKA or Golem and you would never lose.

    Just no....

    Hmmm, idk

    So basically it's a golem with more DPS and the same amount of health. It goes under walls and after defenses...Idk about this, bring an army of 4 and the rest DPS to back you up and this could be an OP comp.

    Ok i agree now, this is a bad idea, sorry though but this troop is just not favourable,
    Too UP and space as well
