I suggest few things that can help run a clan in a better way-
(i). Allow leader to send clan mails at more frequent times, i.e 6 or 8 hours.
(ii). Leader log section where the leader can view all the activity of clan. Mainly it should cover if some elder of co invited some other person, or what changes a co leader did to clan description or settings.
(iii). Allowing leader to remove troops from player's war bases.
