Downgrade Town Hall!!!!

I like a lot of other players upgraded my town hall too quickly as I thought tactically it was a sound idea. I now realise I'm at a huge disadvantage as my defences aren't advance as other players on TH10 and wish I could back to TH 9. I know this creates an anomaly because you have all of the extra things that TH10 brings but I would give them up quite happily.

I don't know how difficult it would be to write this in to the game but I bet a lot of people would take the option to drop a TH level if they could, even if it means sacrificing the buildings they gained from the upgrade. I think it would only be fair a player does give up the TH10 buildings, they wouldn't have to give up walls as you don't get any extra (i think) so maybe just the option to drop back to 9 from 10.

There is a reason why they have a warning on the upgrade town hall screen. Also, how would they delete the buildings from your village? Would it take time? What is the cost? Is it gems?
