For now, it's impossible to write down full rules which members should follow. So we need every time say unwritten rules for new members.
Add a new button in clan info, which will open a larger window with text (if it's possible, with bold/italic/underlines/colors and symbol limitation up to 3000. There we will write down our rules. It's nice if button is called "Rules" or button caption can be customised.
I agree that this would be a terrific clan management tool. I think I have seen it on the ruled out list but I for one do not think it hurts the game, only helps a good manager set clear expectations for those they manage. So if ruled out I would wish they reconsider.

I dont think so it should be inplemented. The rules are really simple so you can just petr them on the front title, or just use a keyboard shortcut and say it everytime someone joins
