Ok, some questions:
- Is your clan active?
- What is your clan preferences?
- Is it nearly filled or very empty?
- Has your recruting style been persuasive?
- Does your clan also have high level bases (not rushed)?

These days lv 5/6 war clans look more attractive to high lv players
So, whats ur clan level?
I'll help you on question 2. What is your clans preferences, what type of players do you want? How do you work? Do you attack mirrors in clan wars? How often do you do clan wars? all that sort of stuff.
Persuasive = Have you tried to persuade them to join your clan during recruitment, like give all the pros of being in the group, e.g strong troops always donated, very active clan.
That's what I have to say, hope it helps you buddy.
- Started playing in December (Late December)
- At Townhall 8, maxed most of my defenses
- Maxing most of my troops out only a couple left
- Maxing Barbarian King out; nearly there
- Farming with Barch in Gold 3 - Gold 2
Lvl 5 US clan with 1.6k xp
So we recruit low and build them up. I prefer maturity and activity to base strength. If they are active and willing to accept coaching they will be great.
That said. You have a level 5 clan, so that is good but that is not a huge differentiator anymore.
What makes your clan great? Put that in your message when you post in I need a clan.

everyone always trying to recruit and start a new.
stop thinking this way. There are so many established clans that don't really have problems recruiting. Just go join one and make yourself a home instead of thinking you have to be leader and build the whole house.
