Yes, this would be a great feature. I came on just to find out about this. I was pushing and I was at 3837 and when looking for a base the clan chat tab popped up with a notification. So I went to hit the tiny end button to return home and missed with my big fingers, well I dropped a troop accidently, and lost 38 trophies. I was so disappointed. You should have to select a troop before tapping to deploy troops, because this was the first time it happen trying to hit the end button. But its happened many times trying to hit the next button or moving around and zooming on the base. And people say you need to be careful and not be clumsy but I've got big thumbs and tried to carefully select the button but I missed.
This does suck its happened and I feel sorry for some of the people I have to attack to keep my trophies cuz sometimes they are low lvl people
