    Maybe. I was thinking more for either Hogs or Loons, which are very powerful, yet only attack defenses.

    Why would it? This spell is not an actual damage-dealer, and the point of the spell is to spread damage. It doesn't work on walls, heroes, Skeleton Traps, or Clan Castle troops, meaning that if I remove storages it would only affect non-resource buildings, defenses, and the Town Hall.
    Well, it does state that all storages are immune to spell damage, but this isn't a major damage dealer unless you use troops along with it, so there's a bit of a conflict with this.

    I don't think it would be a conflict as technically the damage would be counted as your troops' damage.

    Remember that this is a normal spell and unlocked at Town Hall 10 - if I make it into a dark spell, I will of course nerf the stats

    Amazing idea!

    This idea is genius! It would be great if even after the spell wears off, it keeps doing burn damage for maybe 5 seconds (like the scorcher from Boom Beach). You laid out the idea very clearly and professionally and I hope it comes to the game!

    Thank you very much Hopefully, as it's gained a lot of community support Yes, benefiting defense-targeting troops that don't get used much at higher level gameplay was what I had in mind.

    Thanks for the feedback I don't want to make this a direct damaging spell, but I'm grateful for your feedback


    Sorry I couldn't reply for the last week, I sort of needed a break from my troop and spell ideas to get a new perspective and change up the threads - as you can see, I'm already condensing them in hopes that it still conveys the necessary information, but less of the fluff and unneeded things, which will hopefully encourage more people to read the whole thread

    And yes. I have listened. Check the thread in a couple of hours to see the new revamped spell mechanics which a lot of you have been asking for...however, I will not be able to update the artwork (I cannot get in touch with Clannis) but hopefully the much-requested change to the spell will make the artwork not matching the updated status not be too important.
