We log season stats and war stats and calculate member contributions with X-points.
X-points calculated with a formula based on: membership time, troops donated, troops received, war stars, war destroy percentage, war attack target positions, war defenses.
Members sorted by their X-points. Top member become Co-leader, next top 9 members become Elders. 50.000 X-points makes you permanent Elder. 150.000 X-points makes you permanent Co-leader.
Currently we are working on forum and voting system that going to help us taking decisions(like new rules, war frequency, recruitment etc.) with member votes.
