Why?
We need a new hero, and why not a Goblin King.

Special Ability:
It summons 6 goblins the king and these 6 goblins get an effect like the Jump Boost.
His health restores a for 25% and his attack damage will get a simple boost.

Costs:
It costs 50.000 Dark Elixer to build his Goblin King Altar.

No, having two heroes already takes FOREVER to upgrade. And ties up builders while doing it.
