Loan a clan member a builder

I would like to be able to loan the lower members of my clan a builder. The recipient should be no higher than TH6. The loan doesn't begin until the recipient has paid for the upgrade. It last for the completion of one upgraded unit. You can only loan one builder at a time with a cap on total number of times you can loan and you can only loan a builder if the recipient does not have enough gems to buy one.

No - pay the price of time like everyone else does.

For fun though - what would happen if that person then left your clan? Hes already paid for the upgrade so I assume they get to keep it until its done. But wouldnt you be pretty upset about that?
    I got nothing

I don't really see how this would benefit any other than those players with multiples accounts. Everybody is busy with their own upgrades, so why would anybody lend another player a builder when he has himself lots left to upgrade?

If he (the jumper) leave then he gets his loot back or a percentage same as what he would get if he changed his mind and cancelled an upgrade and you get your builder back.

    The cap would prohibit that.

It wouldn't happen often I aggree and if it started to be a issue you just tighten up on the cap so that no grotesquely unfair advantage crops up in the game.

There simply isn't profit for Supercell in this. I mean, think about it.

Lets say I'm in a clan with 10 people. We decide to get organized about this to help boost our clan quickly.
We divide up into 2 group of 5 and set up a builder rotation. Week one, person 1 and 6 each get 4 additional builders from their group in the clan (each person sends over one). This could potentially bring them up to 9 builders, building 9 items. Yes, this will probably cripple their defense, but it also means that their base is getting built at a speed almost 2X faster then normal. Since they have extra builders and have taken care of all the buildings they can afford to upgrade at the time, they don't have a need to quickly free up a builder. Therefore, someone who generally purchases gems when they are impatient will no longer be doing this. Therefore, Supercell loses money. Therefore, supercell cuts back on employees to compensate for the lost revenue. The remaining employees become so overburdened with work with no additional pay, they quit or stop coming up with quality new additions/bug fixes. The players get frustrated more quickly because bases are getting maxed out more quickly and SC hasn't added anything new in a while. Players quit. End of Clash of clans.

    Wow, that escalated quickly.

Maybe it wouldn't get to the point of losing employees but SC makes their money off of people gemming heros and construction finishing, so adding a super easy way to bypass that would lose them money, which is why I don't think they would go for it.

I see where the disagreement is. I left out a condition or didn't state it properly. The recipient would only recieve one builder at a time. This coupled with the overall loan cap should keep the run away upgrade effect under control. Keeping it below TH7 keeps heros out of it. Sorry for the lack of clarity. Please send the employees at SC my apology. Didn't mean to bring their world and the Coc empire crashing down.
