Clan Barracks

Having a centralized clan barracks that houses a certain number of troops (depends on clan level). Leader can specify the rules about taking from and donating to the clan barracks. This allows clans to have a large number of donated troops on hand at any one moment.

I don't think clans need any more troops to defend them, or else we will end up with just TROOP vs TROOP battles instead of TROOP vs BASE. The current clan castles can hold enough troops, and counting the skeleton traps too, there are enough NPCs to defend the base.

I'm new to the forum, and I didn't know the first one posted.

However, I guess I didn't explain it well enough. A clan barracks would act as storage. The clan can donate troops to it, and clan members can fill their cc with those troops. It's a way for clans to passively donate to members.
