I can׳t buy gems in the game

I want to buy a gems this game does have it in gray and I can not buy. What can I do about it because I want to buy the gems in 1200.help me plaz :-)

Press the home button twice, when you do look for the clash of clans icon and then hold it. When you hold it, you'll see a red minus button in the corner of the clash of clans icon. Click it then reload the game or restart your iDevice then reload the game. Hopefully you'll then be able to buy gems.

have you checked your settings? maybe in-app purchases is turned off?

go to settings>general>i think its called"limits" in english, not sure though, and turn limits off

To see your In-App settings:
Check by clicking on the 'Settings' button, then press 'General' and in the 'Restrictions' tab, make sure that the In-App Purchase restrictions are disabled. After restarting your device, you should be able to make purchase.

Also:
check that you have the correct time/date settings on your device.
check that your payment method in your Apple ID setting is valid and has the verification code entered.use the same Apple ID to purchase gems as you used to download the game.
