Wow, that's really a cool update! I was waiting for new spells since so long and those looks awsome, thanks a lot supercell ^^
I was waiting so hard that I had the time to think and imagine what kind of new spells we could have. I give you some I think would be interesting and could improve gameplay in attack and defense.
ATTACK
Chronos spell (lvl 1 to 2)
The Chronos spell will affect walls, defenses and defending troops. It can be use all over the map. As the other spells, Chronos will affect in a circle area during a limited time. When player use it, all walls, defenses and defending troops affected get back to "time", that means they are on a lower upgrading level during 15 seconds (for spell lvl1 > walls,defenses,troops 2 lvl below | for spell lvl2 > walls,defenses,troops 2 lvl below). If a defense/wall/troop only lvl 1 (X-Bow for ex.), it "vanish" during the 15 seconds and get back after. That means it CAN'T be touch or destroy by offensive troops during the use of the spell. That's the interesting point with Chronos spell, you can use this spell in two different ways which gives you a lot of different strategy.
Ghost spell (lvl 1 to 4)
A revolution spell ^^ it would be the first spell to be use in a different way than the others. Instead of dropping by touching, you trace it. Yes that's correct, you trace it. It can be use all over the map. You can draw a path with your finger for your troops. The Ghost spell is close to the Queen special ability, it makes your troops invisible to the defender and gives you likeso a great advantage. Using the spell require a good timing because to use it you will have to draw a "line" (don't have to be straight) on battlefield. The size of that line will depend on the spell level you have (lvl 1 > 4 square | lvl 2 > 6 square | lvl 3 > 8 sq. | lvl 4 > 10 sq.). The spell start to affect when you FINISH to draw the line. All troops staying or crossing this path will vanish for 6 seconds and likeso can't be targeted by defenses. Last thing about this spell, if you draw a zone (your starting and ending point are the same), all units in the zone will vanish during the 6 seconds.
Commander spell (lvl 1 to lvl 3)
Commander will be the second revolutionary spell ^^ also a new way to use it. Commander spell allows you to take control of one of your troops (for ex. Wizards on Gowipe attack) and guide them exactly were you want they go and indicateur them targets. For using the spell, you take select it and drop it on troops on battlefield. It will "splash" in a circle. All troops in the circle get "pre-selected" and lights in orange on your troops displayer. Than you touch the troop you want to control, only this one stay in orange, other one get back to normal. Than simply by touching the screen you give your troops the direction they have to go if you touched the map or the target they have to destroy if you touched a building, a wall, a defending troop of a hero. Every touch you do correspond to an "order", amount of order depends on spell level (spell lvl 1 > 2 orders | spell lvl 2 > 4 orders | spell lvl 3 > 6 orders).
Twilight spell ( lvl 1 to lvl 2)
This spell can't be deployed everywere. As the troops, it can be drop on a "neutral" area but not on defender village or buildings. The Twilight spell allows you to create a portal to teleport your troops from one point of the map to the other. The portal last 20 seconds, size depend on spell level. You drop the spell on area you want to use as an entrance door and touch an another point on the map you want to be the exit door. All units crossing the circle were you drop the spell will be teleported at the point you selected as an exit door. This spell would be intersting got attacking with lot of power different part of a village without spliting all your troops (for farming it would be really interesting for ex.)
DEFENSE
Shield spell (lvl 1 to 3)
The Shield spell can protect some buildings and walls in your village. You can use only one at the time, if you use second one, effects of the first one stop. Like classic spells, you drop it on your base. It "splash" in circle, every building and walls inside the circle get additional life point for your next defense ( spell lvl 1 > +33% | spell lvl 2 > +66% | spell lvl 3 > +99%).
