They didn't implement them because Youtubers asked for them - if they did that, they would have implemented heroes into war when Daddy asked them.

This is an attempt to change high trophy gameplay. The Legends league is an attempt to prevent people from being stuck in the clouds for hours on end and the Titan league just adds a little more incentive to try and get to it.

If you click on the Earthquake Spell information, it says it does 4x damage to walls.

I know , but 600k elixir = two stars. Why not use other troops that have higher chance to get 3?

Adds lots more loot into the game from the higher league bonuses. This will filter down to the lower leagues.
