    Sticky traps- new trap type

    I've thought of a new possibly upgradable trap type, sticky traps!
    Any ground troops that pass over it would be stuck to the ground for a few seconds unable to move regardless of the size or type of troop (unlike spring traps) the length of time they are stuck for could be a possible upgrade and the trap could be switchable between 'air' or 'ground' so if it's set to 'air' it would act like a flypaper it could also stay active throughout the attack catching and holding any troops again and again as they pass over it (up to a maximum number at any one time).
    Any further thoughts would be appreciated!

    I think it should only hold troops for a very short time, only a second or two, maybe upgrade able to hold on to more troops and a longer timeframe, it would potentially buy time for defences that may be frozen.
    Possible example
    Level 1 - 2 troops at any time for 1 sec
    Level 2 - 3 troops at any time for 1.5 secs
    Level 3 - 4 troops at any time for 2 secs
    Etc. etc.

    Holding troops for a short period of times gives defenses enough time to take them out before they reach the Walls. Slowing them down should be enough but I'd probably let other people think about it.

    It all depends upon the size of the trap, if it's the same size as the spring trap it would rely heavily on troops being funnelled onto it which is why an upgrade able amount of troops it effects would work so that it only holds a few troops at a time, any other troops that pass over it while the maximum number of troops are 'stuck' will be unhindered.
