What if we could donate clan mates, of the same Town Hall level or Higher, loot? It could be an addition to the clan levels, say at level 3 you can request once every hour, and receive 500k of each resource and 200 dark elixir. The number you could receive could be increased at every other clan level. Another thing is that we should have something similar to a clan castle but it would be used for spells. This way, you could have a freeze spell in a war attack as a town hall nine, or a jump spell as a town hall eight. The catch? You don't get to have an extra spell, you can still only hold as many as your spell factory level allows.
