The war hero achievement must be better recognized and rewarded

The war hero achievement, one of the very hardest to complete.
Yet despite this, it is only worth 1000 gems, and definately not enough xp. The League all star achievement is the achievement that gives you the most gems once completed, and yet there are thousands of people who have completed it. To my knowledge, there is still no one who has completed war hero, except for Renonv, leader of the clan FosterTheCore, who is extremely close at 995/1000. I think the gem reward should be at least 3000 and the xp as well. Please let me know what you guys think, thanks.

I'm pushing for this achievement, right now I'm at 495 stars, sadly I haven't been able to war for the past month because of constant hero upgrades, but that's besides the point, I think this is a good idea, however I feel like people would start to abuse this by attacking way below their levels...

Yea the fact that the champion league gem reward is more than earning 1000 war stars doesn't seem right. That being said, I am nowhere near 1000 war stars or champion league but I still have a grasp for how hard each achievement would be. Who knows though? with them adding two new leagues they may make amendments to the rewards for league achievements.

It isn't supposed to be easy for SC to give you $10 in gems. (703 stars and counting).

You should be using your war attacks even if your heroes are upgrading. just attack lower.
