I have an idea you should make it so you only get raided by people your townhall level im th7 and i keep getting raided by th9 its not fair

Tell me more about how you never raid others lower than your own level.

They actually do have something close to this; TH10s are never matched up with TH7s, but I think every now and then you can be matched up with someone 2 THs below your own (again, very rarely).
