How will Level 5 Dragon be implemented

Well here is how it looks.

Lvl 4 Dragon will now be able for Lab lvl 7 for 7mio elixir.

Dragon lvl 5
Unlocked at Lab lvl 8 for 8mio elixir and 14 days upgrade time.

220dps
2700hp
50.000 elixir cost, not to bad

I agree with what you say. But they should bring pekka lvl4 to th9 same as dragon IMO

I hope this never happens, th 8 will get fully crushed if they bring pekka lvl4 to th9.

They are already been crushed by th9s with many troop composition. Pekka lvl4 will give th9s better chance in 2 starring th10 and 3 starring other th9s with gowipe. This won't affect th8s IMO

TH8 should get crushed by a TH9 regardless, but a TH10 can't easily crush a TH9.

when is it the standard to 2* the TH above you? there is NO reason for th9s to be able to 2* th10s

Depends on the TH10 level man, you're not being realistic. I see so many TH10's with weak heroes only able to 2 star a max TH9. That being said, player skill level comes into play, but it is not "easy mode".

any decent th10 should easily 3* a th9.. if they rushed heroes, not exactly a fair comparison..
