How will Level 5 Dragon be implemented

So thinking through how the new level 5 dragon will be added a few questions come to mind.

1- What will the training cost\time be since lvl4 was 8million?
-- I am guessing lvl5 will be 8million and lvl4 will be adjusted to like 6million.
2- Players that already spent 8million on the lvl4 dragon, will they get a free upgrade to lvl5?
-- I am guessing not.
3- Will lvl4 dragons be shifted down to TH9?
-- This seems likely to me with a new cost structure, and since lvl3 dragons at TH9 are almost worthless.

Well here is how it looks.

Lvl 4 Dragon will now be able for Lab lvl 7 for 7mio elixir.

Dragon lvl 5
Unlocked at Lab lvl 8 for 8mio elixir and 14 days upgrade time.

8 million/14 days - LVL 4 drags will likely be reduced to 7 million, but stay at 14 days (Just like the PEKKA when LVL 5 was introduced.

2. Players that already spent 8million on the lvl4 dragon, will they get a free upgrade to lvl5?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA- nope.

3- Will lvl4 dragons be shifted down to TH9?
I think that would be a good idea, but I doubt it -will probably just roll out like the LVL 5 Pekka, and LVL 4 will still remain at TH10 only.

Well, logic and implementation do not always seem to go hand in hand.

I can see people complaining about losing the 2million Lix though having to train dragons again for 8million. I am not sure how easy it would be for SC to have written into the code "if current dragon level = 4 then level 5 dragon upgrade = 6million lix". It may not be worth the trouble for them to get that to work, depending on the back end coding.

Regarding #2: No, its just tough luck. Same happened to me when L7 archers came out a few months ago. I had recently maxed them, for the time to L6, which had cost $7.5 million elixer. When L7 came out shortly after, they dropped the L6 price and now L7 cost $7.5 million. No refunds or exchanges given, all upgrade sales are final, no price match guarantees. Not even for store credit : (
