    Question 4 personal designs (Anti 3★) -- What are the common flaws?

    So here are 4 layouts I've created recently. All have done fairly well, that said all have weaknesses (as any base does).

    I seem to have reached my plateau, my design ability is mediocre, at best, in this new Anti 3★ world, and so I've come to you all for help. Do you see any common flaws/mistakes in these latest designs? I'm trying to push past the "ha-ha, he got a 98%, lucky me" trend, or worse yet, "That guys didn't even use his last spell..."

    Random build I forgot about.

    Big bombs

    I like the pathing to the double big bomb in the first, but not the others, and they all only have one double big bomb trap. the cc also looks lureable in the first one. I'll give them some more thought and let you know if I think of anything. Also, have you read akiyume's guides? They are excellent resources for base building, they helped guide my two asymmetrical war base builds.

    I think the layouts of the bases are very strong and would hold up great in wars. A few tips though, first off something really quick, just make sure you have 1-2 double giant bombs on every base.

    Okay, so, when making anti-threestar base you want to have the clan castle the most central building of the base, making it harder to lure the troops within. When I make bases that are trying to not give away that %100, I like the have the town hall in an inner compartment but not necessarily the center compartment. When the town hall is moved more to one side it makes the attackers drool over the fact that the town hall is exposed. The best way to defend the town hall however is to have the king and queen behind the town hall probably in the center compartment. Only few attackers will really take the time to recognize that just going through the town hall is not the actual best way to attack an anti-threestar base.

    Here's an example so you can kind of get a visual of what I mean;

    Notice how the clan castle is the most centralized building on the base. Also the king and queen are hidden behind the town hall ready to attack any attackers trying to go after the town hall.

    Hope I helped!

    I've actually updated the first a little, but it was "difficult" to lure, I'd never claim to have an unlurable cc haha. But for all intensive purposes it's "unlurable" without busting a tower first. I have looked at his Metaki series, learned a lot from it, but there are too many trade-offs haha, it's a pain in the ♥♥♥♥. I've looked through his website a little as well, but most of the items are password protected.

    Thanks for the tips bud, I try to keep the CC, DE storage, and TH wrapped around the AQ to protect her and the bk close by to draw troops away from the AQ occasionally.
