I think that clans should be matched up with war wins along with bases. I get it's random, but nearly half the time, I get matched up with these 80+ war win clans though we have only won 10.

clan war match up isnt random. match up depends on the 'strength' of the base of each participant. troop levels, building levels, hero levels,amount of levels and town hall level is taken into account in measuring the bases' 'strength''.
but sometimes.... it's just... broke...

War matchmaking depends on the strength of the DEFENSE of the base of every war participant. So for example, you are TH7, but you get matched up with TH10. If you check, it might be because your mirror has defenses of a TH7 but has a TH10. But, sometimes it really is crappy.
